the staff wasn't very warm or welcoming. despite being the first patient there with the first appointment of the day I was still taken back 20 min late. additionally I felt they tried to intimidate me into using their facility over my OB despite not meeting any of the criteria to be required to use their facility.
i’ve had better experiences here with more friendly staff. past 2 experiences were very disappointing.
The facilities are very good and I like that they have parking for the mothers to be because sometimes it can be difficult to find parking in this location.
Excellent job they did for me
The facility and care team itself was AMAZING! They were fast and organized. Making sure my care was accurate and compassionate. I would say the restroom situation in the entire medical complex was not great. I think more restrooms would be ideal as the center is large with multiple offices , each restroom I went to was occupied across 3 floors and I had to use the men’s room which as a woman is never as clean as we would like. The care provider I was visiting was fantastic!
Great team with warm personalities!!
Service was excellent I just think that they should let patients to record their sonograms
The only issue I have is that there’s barely any phone service available, but aside that everything is always very professional and to the T.
