Throughout her academic career, Dr. Guinto contributed to various clinical research projects, authoring and co-authoring several peer-reviewed articles. Her research has focused on emergency management of splenic injuries, vascular interventions, and surgical mortality, with publications appearing in journals such as The American Surgeon and Journal of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Guinto is a board-certified General Surgeon by the American Board of Surgery.

Dr Guinto is excellent she is not only beautiful to look at she has a beautiful demeanor. She is patient, through and you don't feel rushed. She explains everything and she is very knowledgeable. Her staff is very nice too!
