Dr. Watkins has been my Urologist and PCP for a number of years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. He is down to earth, sincere, and kind, and takes time to listen and really engage with his patients. For communication outside of appointments, he uses a web portal and is excellent about responding quickly. As long as he is offering care, I will not be going anywhere else, and I will gladly recommend him to anyone.

Always available to help me day or night. I have been with Dr. Watkins for 23 years and would follow him anywhere. I followed him, along with a number of his Houston patients, when he relocated to Dallas. And know his Dallas patients have followed him to Houston. I know he is overwhelmed with patients and looks more worn out each month I see him. He will not turn anyone away, because he truly cares about his patients,l. However, I think it is at the detriment to his health! I know he has more excellent office staff, especially with the addition of Nurse Practitioner, Desiree. However, I know he is scheduling surgeries and so his she,but it still only leaves Dr. Watkins to carry the surgery load. He is such an important Urologist to so many, but unfortunately there is only one of him and new patients keep being added to his practice. I know this man very well after being treated by him for decades. I think he needs more help. He is Greatly loved by patients who will never leave him!
