Dr. Gelpi was very straightforward and informative about the procedure that I would have to have. He laid out possible side effects of the surgery and described in fair detail. What needed to be done. He was also very reassuring of his confidence that the outcome would be good. I appreciated his openness and his sharing of his expertise in regards to my situation. It gave me better confidence that I made a good decision first to do the procedure and second that he would be performing the procedure.
