I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the beautiful work that Dr. Alan Hananel and his team are doing at Houston Metro Urology.

Has a seriously horrible manner, 3 different times he came into the room I was in, and was giving me a diagnosis that had nothing to do with my situation.. I was there for the 1st time when this all happened. His front office staff was as out of it as he. The front desk receptionist gave me papers to fill out that belonged to a different patient. when I mentioned it to her she laughed and said " I thought it was" I proceed to asked her what she was going to do and she said she was going to place it in my file with the other patient's name on it.

in and out burger of urology. Went in with pain and bleeding . left the same.. visited a whole 2 mins and ended up in the ER 12 hours later and admitted for 2. felt like a used car trying to upscale services.

Polite. Quick visit lasted less than 5mins. In doctor notes it stated I complain of back issues and he gave me options to help. That never was discussed. We discuss the fact that I felt like I had a kidney stone and I watched a short film on surgical procedure for kidney stones.

Saw Dr. H. For 10 minutes after giving urine sample. Prescription was sent to my pharmacy without giving me test results. I’m on lots of other meds so am concerned to take new drug without consultation/ feedback with Dr. H. This method will not work for me. I need more information regarding my diagnosis instead of none at all.
