Great people, took great care of me
The provider Kristen Shepardson was extremely rude. She was cutting me off as I asked questions about my visit/injury. She never told me what was wrong. She just stated it’s not broken, George, will get you a brace…. She proceeded to walk out.
Super thankful for this urgent care option to get fast relief.
From the moment I stepped in, they immediately began the process and wasted no time getting me in to be seen and to get an xray. Then I needed an MRI and they quickly jumped on that process to request approval from insurance. Next morning I get call to schedule MRI. Everyone there were very helpful and friendly.
Very good care! I broke my toe and they had me out within 1 hour! Everyone was so nice and compassionate ! Thank you for taking care of my needs.
