Panhia Vang, MS, is a kind, open-minded, and compassionate pre-licensed therapist under supervision. She earned her Master of Science in Counseling from St. Cloud State University and brings over a year of experience in outpatient mental health, along with additional experience in Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS).
Panhia believes that every client has a unique story and path. Some journeys may feel within reach, while others may seem long and overwhelming—but with patience and consistency, healing is possible. Her goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered.
She takes a person-centered approach and incorporates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Panhia tailors her approach to meet the individual needs of each client.
