Lisa Morgel Cyrns, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma-informed therapy for individuals ages 12 and up. She works extensively with clients who have navigated confusing, painful, or destabilizing relationships and are seeking a deeper understanding of how those experiences continue to shape their emotions, behaviors, and sense of self.

With over 15 years of experience across a wide range of clinical settings—including private homes, emergency rooms, clinics, and partial hospital programs—Lisa understands that healing rarely looks the same for any two people. She provides a warm, grounded approach that meets clients exactly where they are, adapting her clinical style to match their unique pace, history, and needs.

In addition to her work in trauma, Lisa is dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. She approaches therapy with flexibility and a deep respect for different ways of thinking, processing, and relating. She also provides LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, ensuring an inclusive environment where all identities are celebrated and respected.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Lisa is trained in two highly effective, evidence-based modalities: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
