Jennifer Tagg, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in her field. She works primarily with adult and adolescent populations with a focus on individual and couples counselling. She works to develop a supportive and respectful relationship with clients while finding creative strategies to help clients move toward growth and personal empowerment.
Jennifer uses evidence-based approaches to collaborate with clients on areas including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, anger, and grief and loss. She is EMDR certified and trained in multiple other modalities, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which she draws from in her work with clients.
Jennifer is a strength-based practitioner who believes people possess remarkable resiliency. Her work centers on collaborating with clients to find the balance and change they are seeking.
