Gina Ashley, LPCC enjoys working with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, trauma, and loss. As a therapist, her work is rooted in a person-centered approach, which includes a blend of empathy, mindfulness, cognitive, dialectical, and trauma-informed therapy. She looks forward to learning more about each client as they explore what healing can look and feel like together.
Her personal approach is laid-back, mixed with humor and encouragement. She collaborates with clients to find the right style for their sessions, as she truly believes that each person is the expert on themselves. Gina recognizes the courage it takes to reach out for help and wants clients to know they have support. She would be honored to journey alongside them as they work together toward growth and restoration.
Gina believes that every person’s life and story are important and deserve to be heard. She believes that each individual’s unique identity and background hold great influence and are a vital part of understanding who they are and how they relate to the world around them. Her hope is to meet clients exactly where they are and walk with them toward healing in a warm, accepting space where they feel safe. People from all spaces and lifestyles are welcome.
