Elizabeth Falk, LICSW, believes therapy is a relational process and takes a person-centered approach towards working collaboratively with each client. She leads with humor and compassion to create a safe and supportive environment for creating change.
Beth enjoys working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stressor-related disorders, grief and loss, and individuals living with chronic illnesses. She takes an eclectic approach, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strength-based therapy.
Beth has experience providing individual therapy to male and female clients and adults aged 18 to 70. She has a special interest in working with caretakers, young women navigating adulting, recovering people-pleasers, stressed-out moms, and individuals working in helping professions (medical professionals, therapists, social workers) and teachers.
In her free time, Beth enjoys going on walks, reading, resisting fascism, and cooking.
