Demi Mancini, LPCC, is a down-to-earth and compassionate licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) with over 8 years of experience providing therapy services and over 14 years working in the mental health field. Demi graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, where she majored in Child Psychology and obtained a minor in both Spanish Studies and Sociology, Criminology, and Deviance. She received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Cloud State University in 2017.
Demi has worked in diverse settings, including community-based, inpatient, day treatment, and partial hospitalization, serving those struggling with a variety of challenges ranging from mood, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, substance abuse, to relationships, grief, loss, change, and overcoming barriers to goals. Demi is dedicated to empowering & helping those who may be struggling by providing a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment for them to start making the changes they want to see! She takes a trauma-informed, person-centered, and empathetic approach while using tools and practices that are evidence-based, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, and enjoys getting creative with incorporating other concepts based on each individual’s unique plan.
