Crystal is the best therapist I’ve ever had! She’s nonjudgmental and has awesome techniques and tools for the toolbox!

Helps me with direction and guidance to better navigate the world we live in as in times were it becomes very difficult I lose sense of direction and to better handle the absurd things people say and behave towards me at times. Also to know when to better tell the difference of its my bias or factual and even when its most likely malice I try to listen to what she has to say to better help not let words effect me as much. Thankful to have Crystal in my life!

Unfortunately, I have had to see therapists for most of my life, and Crystal is by far the best and the therapist, who's gotten me the furthest She's incredibly competent. She's amazingly perceptive and she understands her field in a way that I have not seen another therapist. She's truly an exception, and I'm afraid if I sing too much of her praises, I'm gonna lose her because she'll get too busy

She is the only therapist I've seen in my life that I feel like I might overcome my depression and anxiety. And put the PTSD to sleep. ADHD is my superpower she's helping me make that true. I cannot sing her praises more I would have to write an entire album. Crystal saved my life.
