Unfortunately, I have had to see therapists for most of my life, and Crystal is by far the best and the therapist, who's gotten me the furthest
She's incredibly competent. She's amazingly perceptive and she understands her field in a way that I have not seen another therapist.
She's truly an exception, and I'm afraid if I sing too much of her praises, I'm gonna lose her because she'll get too busy

She is the only therapist I've seen in my life that I feel like I might overcome my depression and anxiety. And put the PTSD to sleep. ADHD is my superpower she's helping me make that true. I cannot sing her praises more I would have to write an entire album. Crystal saved my life.

Crystal Edwards, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in trauma-informed care, internal family systems, and somatic experiencing. She shows up each day to help be part of the change she wants to see in the world, and says that the best part of her job is knowing that she can offer a safe space to be for a moment for people who may not have that anywhere else. Her main goal everyday is just to show up and be present with her clients, holding space for them as a guide, so they have a place to start or to continue along on their healing journey.
In her free time, Crystal enjoys music, art, dancing, and writing, along with all forms of creative expression that spark joy in her. A fun fact about Crystal, she states that she is a published poet, enjoys performing at open mic nights around Albuquerque, and hosting local dance nights. Crystal is also a certified natural therapeutic specialist and a licensed massage therapist.
