Amber Madume, LPCC, is a relational therapist who believes that therapeutic growth is rooted in a deep sense of connection, trust, and empathy. In her practice, she prioritizes a partnership built on honesty and authenticity, meeting her clients exactly where they are while compassionately challenging them to strive for progress rather than perfection. Her clinical background is extensive and diverse, having spent several years working in college mental health, community mental health, and residential treatment for alcohol and substance abuse, specifically supporting Native American women.
Throughout her work, Amber helps adults navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, and other clinical concerns, with a particular focus on the themes of identity, belonging, and resilience. She is dedicated to providing culturally competent and affirming care for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and international communities, as well as first-generation college students. Her clinical approach is inherently inclusive and tailored to honor the unique story and inherent strengths of every individual she serves.
Amber operates from the core belief that no one should have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether a client is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone to truly listen, she provides a safe and supportive space where they can feel seen and understood. By working collaboratively, she helps her clients explore their challenges and move toward meaningful change, remaining committed to walking alongside them every step of the way.
