Amanda Windyk, LICSW, is a warm, compassionate, and highly skilled licensed therapist with more than 18 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most meaningful and challenging moments. With extensive experience working with adults, teens, children (ages 10 and up), and parents, she is known for her grounded presence, direct communication style, and her ability to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported.
Amanda specializes in working with clients who are navigating relational and attachment concerns, healing from trauma, and seeking guidance in their parenting journeys.
