When I open up and share my struggles, pain and despair with Minh, I find that my body resets and regulates itself almost immediately. The chronic neck, shoulder and back tension that is unbearable starts to soften and slowly melts which allows the emotional distress to pass through then an insight appears almost without effort. My aim is to get well and stay well, balanced and empowered instead of feeling overwhelmed. With Minh deep listening skills and her truthfulness I am now ready to take my life back. I am grateful for Minh’s kindness, she is modeling for me a new way of being.
