I can’t even begin to say what a huge difference my counseling sessions with Alicia have made in my life. I have struggled with anxiety and depression. Since I was a teenager. Most years this went untreated. I’ve been hostage to highs and lows, which wreak havoc on my life and make it difficult to maintain relationships and jobs. But in the last couple of years since I’ve been seeing Alicia, I’ve been able to function so much better. She is incredibly knowledgeable about techniques like EMDR and because of her knowledge and her wisdom that she shares with me and being able to process through the highs in the lows, my life has improved enormously! I am so grateful that Chc has brought her on and allowed me to better in my life and given me the support that I very much needed. Thank you, Chc and thank you Alicia!
