I enjoyed a great first visit! Christina explained the entire OsteoFit process and I was able to experience whole body vibration on the PowerPlate and the 4 Biodensity stations. I’m looking forward to starting my weekly sessions to build and strengthen healthy bones, and also improve my balance to reduce my fall risk!
This program has greatly enhanced my physical strength, and I look forward to my next bone scan to see how much my bone mass has increased, hopefully. A great program!
