We were able to be seen after work and school hours so nobody had to miss anything. Clinic had us in and out in no time and meds called in before we got to the store! Only complaint was I provided new insurance at the window and gave info and then had to fill it all in again on my phone through Phreesia in prefer to complete our check-in to be called back. But our wait was minimal and office staff and providers were all fantastic!

The APRN we saw was amazing! Bc it was after hours we didn’t know what to expect but we didn’t feel rushed at all. Our questions and concerns were addressed. 10/10 would recommend!

I am very thankful for the clinic being open extended hours so I could bring my daughter in and get her started on medicine right away. The staff was friendly as always!

Here I am a week later for my review. I took my daughters to the sick clinic and they gave us hydroxizine to help get rid of their colds. But instead, I just took one of them back in yesterday to get antibiotics to fight off the oncoming pneumonia, because the hydroxizine dried all the moisture up but didn’t clear the stuff up. I just need PRN that was on call for sick clinic, to be more aware of what she’s doing for these kids. It could’ve been dangerous if I hadn’t been paying so much attention.
