Waste of time , I went their to get a MRI scheduled for a painful shoulder, but all she did was tell me to go see a shoulder doctor at the county road 210 office so he can tell me I need an MRI . waste of time. She could’ve easily ordered the MRI so it was available to the doctor when I make the appointment but instead now I have to go see him explain everything again wait for an MRI and then go back and see him waste of time If Casey MaClone was still a provider there, this would’ve never happened. The MRI would’ve been ordered the same day I saw him
Tracy was polite, thorough, honest, open and very patient. By far the best interaction I’ve had with anyone at Southeast Orthopedic Specialist along with Marcello. She convinced me to have an appointment with Dr. Hartford for further evaluation/ treatment. I left with a greater understanding of my condition and hope. I wish more of SEO medical staff were more like Tracy.
