Easy to talk to, explained what was going to happen
Very professional
Absolutely professional and kind I was never happy with my visit.
I feel like we were rushed. Like she just wanted to hand us the paper of information and send us on our way. If we would have not asked questions we would have been there a few minutes. It was like my situation wasn’t a major enough situation for her and she wanted to pass me along.
She listened to me. My urologist never did. I appreciate that.
The Urology Group is so in need of a woman doctor. Dr Pham didn’t stay long but Taylor is awesome.
She is so sweet and very understanding of my concerns. We look forward to options together and I am very pleased that she listens so well.
