Very disappointed that SE Orthopedic doesn't have enough staff available to give me my second gel injection locally. The Bates team has staff leaving and others on vacation while I need treatment locally.

This was to be my second appointment with Smith, I waited 30 minutes past my time and after inquiring at front desk discovered that there were two people in front of me. You either need more nurses or more efficient ones. Your call.
