Madison is not only professional but since my first meeting I realize she will go that extra mile to make sure my concerns and questions were answered to not only my satisfaction but to my understanding.
In our discussions she didn’t have much input as to the health of my urology organs. I asked her to check my blood count in urine and she had me pee in a cup in exam rm. no label on cup or if it even made it to the lab, didn’t hear anything back about test. Disappointed that Dr Z is too busy to get appointment with. Guess he is only dealing with people with serious conditions. Which I could be there if my health isn’t monitored.
She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you! I look forward to seeing her again.

Madison is patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions. She did not rush. And, very importantly called us the next day with information from the doctor. We have confidence in Madison.
Madison did a very good job of asking and answering questions. After I got home, she called later that night and was very concerned of some lab results, she strongly urged me to go ASAP to the ER and get a blood draw. I was very impressed and thankful that she had called. I highly recommend her!
