Kelsie took great care to get to the bottom of what was going on with my daughter. She listened to her, talked with her in worlds a teenager would understand and followed up to make sure she was doing okay.

She was unprepared for our visit & had to spend time during our visit getting imaging we completed 6 weeks before. She seemed really rushed. She asked my child only a few questions (that he had already answered on the questionnaire while waiting) and just said “mm okay” with each answer and said to just up one of his medications and follow up again in 6 months. It seemed like a very impersonal and generic answer. Very off putting when dealing with a child who is struggling with nighttime urination at an age they shouldn’t who doesn’t want to be on medication for forever. No discussion on next steps. In the initial visit, the Dr. gave some dietary restrictions and Kelsie didn’t even touch on that at all. My child followed those rules really well for two months and we ended up having to ask her about if we needed to continue on or if we could slowly add things back in. She didn’t know anything about that and left it up to us. A waste of a visit and we left without more of a plan.
