Insight Behavioral Health is a multidisciplinary team specializing in adult & pediatric care primarily through psychiatry, therapy, neuropsychological assessments and treatment planning for a wide range conditions including anxiety, depression, epilepsy, neurodegenerative and neurocognitive disorders, age-related changes in cognition, cognitive changes resulting from stroke or other medical condition or treatment, ADHD, seizure disorders, and others. We also offer psychological testing services when there is a need for a better understanding of a patient’s behavioral, personality, social, and emotional functioning.

He was the most rude and unprofessional doctor I’ve had in 45 years. It seemed the minute I walked in, he had a permanent scowl on his face. His tone of voice was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He rolled his eyes and sighed throughout the appointment. He treated me like I was wanting pain meds or something (or some other prejudice I’m unaware of). I never asked for meds! My work required the testing! I drove up two hours because this was the only place my insurance approved for this for some reason. I drove up the night before, paid to stay at an Airbnb ($200 approx) in order to be there at 8:00AM. I also took a full day off work to be there. Then he starts waxing and waning about IF he wanted to do the testing AT ALL. Why no pre-screen BEFORE scheduling?!
My neurologist apparently did not put a lot of notes in the referral - he was very annoyed at that and vented on me.

Pre-surgical psychological evaluations and individual therapy services are also available.
