Very humble and have excellent knowledge of his profession.

This was my first visit to the office and with Dr. Chang. The staff and Dr. Chang were very professional and friendly. My appointment with Dr. Chang went well, too! He has a great demeanor and I appreciated his advice. The only challenge was the wait time,. My appointment was at 3:20 PM, I didn’t get into the room until after 4 PM, and had to wait in the exam room for quite a while, approximately another 20/25 minutes. The exam timeframe was fine, I received all the information I needed and didn’t feel rushed, I was out of the office by 5pm. I had to leave work early to make it on time, so, hopefully, next time they’ll be right on time or close to the exact appointment time!

Dr. Chang was professional and instilled confidence. He didn’t seem rushed when he responded to my questions. I felt he was competent and genuine. I believe a positive relationship is important to providing excellent care and while he was very professional, I think he’s personally available as well. I’m glad to be his patient.

Quiet and very knowledgeable. Dr Chang gave options, timeline. Easy to communicate with. Great doctor.

Dr. Chang is a true specialist with my best interest at heart. He is not worried about making money off of me. He wants what is best for me. I would advise anyone who needs a podiatrist specialist to use Dr. Chang.

Dr. Chang was very accommodating, even agreeing to provide me with a referral for physical therapy (Golden Bear in Patterson, CA) to aid my recovery.

He is the best surgeon I know, he has performed 2 foot surgeries for me and feels great best of all he is a great human being, and he cares so much about his patients. I highly recommend MN end him to the world. Thanks Dr. Chang ❤️

I had to wait 50 minutes to see Dr Chang. He was curt and never gave me information on the x rays. Never consulted my medical charts. All I wanted to do was do surgery. I will never return.

I was diagnosed incorrectly and a serious surgery was recommended by Dr Chang that I did not need. Had I done that unnecessary surgery, it would have left me in chronic pain with a very long healing period if I would have ever even healed. I did not need foot surgery. I'm glad I'm in tune with my body and canceled an unnecessary invasive surgery. MRI's & and Xrays don't lie even though Dr Chang says they do not matter and are interpretative. I decided to do a follow up visit again with Dr Chang. He did not mention the issue that was supposed to be my big problem. Dr Chang saw me for less than 5 minutes at my previous office visit with him. Wonder how much he will bill my insurance for running in and out? He's running a mill. Dr Chang has he scheduler book app'ts at the same time.
