Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!
Dr. Stephanie is amazing, she has a lot of knowledge and experience, and she genuinely cares about the patients.
Very nice person
Great
She always listens to my care needs and finds a solution for me.
Dr. Cullen was so wise, skilled, and knowledgeable! She has really helped me! From Larisa (front desk) to Paige (assistant to Dr. Cullen) my experience at this office was amazing!!
I was not able to get my son in today because he was having anxiety. We waited for almost 30 minutes to get in. Most people there did not speak any English was very hard to understand receptionist at the desk. I did not have the scan QR put on my phone I did not know we would have to do that when we came in which took longer to fill out while we were waiting. It was taking too long for those people at the desk they did not speak English to try to get in and was very frustrating and we ended up leaving! We couldn’t even hardly make it up to the front desk to be seen due to the language barrier with patients. It does not appear that there is enough help and she was very frustrating.
Don't like the check in methods.
Thank you for your help and actually looking at me and listening to me. That is a rare thing most providers just sit in front of a computer. Also addressed another problem that was unrelated to visit.
