Dr. Garcia has had comprehensive training in all aspects of podiatry which includes non-surgical clinic-based care as well as the latest advances in forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle reconstructive surgery. She strives to be an understanding, competent, and skilled provider while focusing on clear communication with the patient to ensure the best outcome from treatment.
Dr. Garcia was born and raised in Rio Linda and currently resides in the Grass Valley area. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, animals, and seeing her family and friends.

Morgan is very warm and informative and a clear expert in her field. While experiencing a very emotional and stressful growth plate break for our teen son, we’re so thankful to be receiving quality care
Listens to my needs and pains closely. Very smart and friendly. Has given great advice on recovering from my injury. Explaining the risks for aggressive and conservative treatment options. Very happy patient and comfortable going into surgery with her skills.
My interaction with Morgan was comfortable. Her exam, thorough. Easy to talk to, easy to understand. The process of fixing my problem is apparently going to be a lengthy one. Being able to freely communicate with my doctor is extremely important to me.
