Very knowledgeable and informative.

Dr. Bernstein answered my questions and was very professional during my ingrown toenail surgery. She explained clearly what she was going to do and therefore not as painful as I had anticipated. I will have a follow up visit in. 3 weeks to be sure it is healing properly. The nail was sent out for further diagnosis and results will be in when I have my follow up appointment.

Went above required service. Also very helpful in explaining my sore heel and what to do. Provided a shoe insert that I could not buy anywhere else.

I met with the Dr Bernstein due to some ongoing issues. X-rays were taken, she evaluated my feet, and my gait. She took the time to listen and ask questions. I’m hopeful with her treatment suggestions (orthotics and PT) that I start feeling better.

I’m a cancer survivor on a walker because my femurs have broken several times. Dr Bernstein has been very helpful with the care of my toenails and feet. The only reason for not giving her 5 stars is there aren’t handicap accessible doors to enter her office. This isn’t her fault but the business she works for is a foot and ankle injury institution. It is difficult enough to navigate on a walker. Those extremely heavy entry doors make it even more challenging and is a safety issue for all your patients.

I love Dr Bernstein!!! She’s awesome, considerate in listening to my concerns, explains thoroughly treatment options and treats me individually. She’s the only reason I came back to Weil. However being disabled on a walker (with a fractured right femur) I’m extremely frustrated that there’s not an accessible door/doors. Today for example the winds were gusting right at your front door. Thankfully, today I was able to have someone assist me but she’s also disabled. I’m not always able to get a care giver to come with me. Safety is really a big deal for me as my femurs have broken multiple times due to the cancer.

Jennifer is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and personable. She makes the experience very enjoyable. I am completely confident in everything she does.

I liked her on a personal level but I wish she had told me in advance that the plan of cutting the toenail in order to forward a sample to the lab was going to hurt. This is the approach that dentists and specialist doctors have employed for years. It hurts less if you are prepared for the pain.
