The person scheduling had numerous times to say the practice has absolutely no affiliation with the former practice. Dr suggested an over the counter insert instead of researching medical issues the my ankles. Wasted visit

This provider is exceptional in every way: clinical competence, bedside manner, eye contact, professional demeanor. I am 73 years old and have worked in nursing for over 40 years. I have only met another MD of the same caliber as Dr. Lee once. I was fortunate to have him as my PCP for 34 years before he retired. Thankfully, Dr. Lee is so much younger than I that I will likely pre-decease her before she stops hanging out her shingle. I admire this physician so much. My usual medical-related anxiety melts when I am in her presence. Thank you. Stephen.

First and foremost I love Dr. Hanna Lee. She consistently demonstrates her compassion and kindness towards me. In my decades of using the same Podiatry Medical Services, everyone from the Front Reception Staff to the Check-in Staff, they have been nothing but friendly and kind to me. Until last Friday, 7/25/24. Unfortunately I have encountered the most egregious and unprofessional misconduct with a particular receptionist where she made me feel unsafe and really concern with my health condition where she was being demeaning and condescending towards me. In my humble opinion where she works with older and vulnerable people with various health conditions, her lack of skills set in providing excellent, and compassionate customer service is not conducive and sustainable for the overall operational service in your Podiatry Services. If she continues to be employed with her combative and aggressive behavior, it is sadly a detriment for your vulnerable patients.

Dr. Lee was knowledgeable, personable experienced & receptive … unlike 2 prior highly recommended physicians including one who did my last major but successful surgery … but they both essentially “dissed me”. Dr. Lee was just what I’ve been looking for. As the expression goes …”if the shoe fits”. :-)

Hannah gave me great insight on what could be causing the residual pain from my foot surgery.

Dr. Lee is an excellent podiatrist. She is very knowledgeable and caring for her patients. I have had some issues with ingrown toenails and nail fungus that needed an operation a few years ago and now requires regular maintenance. As a Kaiser healthcare patient they recommended Dr. Lee to me and I have been very grateful that they did. It really is true that if your feet are in pain, it affects everything else.

I had Dr Lee check my toe if Ciclopirox was working for me and she said not really. She suggested a expensive lotion only doctor office carry. I think it would be nice to have a small sample to try out before spending about $60 for the lotion

Friendly and knowledgeable. my toenails have not grown back completely yet but she did laser treatments and diagnostic testing to determine a fungal infection. then performed a Matricectomy for ingrown toe nails. So far so good! Recommended for sure
