After a year of treatments and a surgery on my foot, I'm still in pain. His last recommendation was for another surgery that he even said he was not sure would do any good. Why would I agree to that? He didn't want to see me anymore if I wouldn't agree to a surgery he was even skeptical about.

Dr Costella is a great doc in that he provides a multitude of options for any problem I have with my feet. He’s capable of executing the extreme while also not bashful about describing the quick fix if an extreme procedure scares you. He has great interpersonal skills as well and I always feel comfortable coming to him with my foot or ankle problems.

The doctor was great! I feel confident in the care provided. However, while he was in the office with us the staff was in the hall and were talking very loudly. In their two minute conversation which we could hear the whole thing. They dropped the f bomb, b*****, and a few other choice words. Not appropriate conversation or very professional. They were talking loud like they were at a bar. My 17 year old who was the patient being seen even said how unprofessional that was.

Another great doctor at one foot two foot. He has a genuine and caring heart for his patience.

Dr. Costella is an awesome Dr. He is compassionate and always remembers prior issues that I have had. He offers suggestions on future treatments and discusses options and recommendations. I hope and pray he never leaves.

Dr. Costella is a real down-to-earth guy who cares about his patients and is always in a good mood, which is not the case with the front desk staff who seem to scowl and slump at their desks. Keisha (spell?), the technician who saw me first was warm and friendly though!

He is very detailed oriented and explain all aspects of the procedure in detail. Very good bed side manner. The only thing I would suggest is when explaining the procedure to the patient, do it at their level of education and understanding. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Outstanding number one and staff

Follow up from my last visit for my heel pain treated with a steroid injection. I went at a pain level of 12 in December , , today I’m pain free! He knew exactly where the pain was the treatment helped tremendously! I’m so grateful Dr. Costello had me get other tests taken prior to treatment, to rule out other problems. Today, I stand on 2 feet pain free from 1 treatment. Thanks again Dr. Costello worth the drive from Virginia Beach!
