I like his friendly ways. His demeanor relaxes me and helps me be comfortable during my appointments.

Was easy to talk to answer all my questions in an understandable manner.

Billed for things I did not receive. Called to straighten it out and no one returned my call. They took Xrays but never discussed them with me. Doctor wanted to see me in two weeks u til he found out what insurance I had and then he said he could only bill for one visit a month. And he would see me in a month and if my foot didn’t look good. Prior to 1 month he could probably get me in. I will be looking for a new Doctor at a different office.

My doctor was an hour behind He looks a lot different than he used to…and it has not been that long since I saw him. We all have bad days. I had a very successful surgery with him before. Now Im concerned.

I cannot say enough about the care I’ve received from Dr. Ripp and his staff over the past few years. He is at the top of his field. I was referred to him by other podiatrists who new they were not up to my difficult situation. He surgically corrected the previous surgery failings and did so with a grand larger than life personality. He is truly a one of a kind doctor and I have recommended him many many times!

Dr. Ripp did an amazing job on my ankle replacement. I don’t think it could have gone better. He’s also very positive and approachable and encourages questions.

Great doc. Knows his stuff. I went to my PCP/1ortho dr and a podiatrist. All felt I needed surgery. Dr Ripp was referred as my last hope by my PCP. Dr Ripp looked at my foot. Said you want it taken care of. I said YES. Within 15 minutes he relieved my pain. It’s been 6 mo and I’m pain free He’s got a great personality and sense of humor.

Corrected a misdiagnosis made by other doctors and has successfully treated my condition. I am now almost totally pain free!!

Dr. Ripp seems unconcerned about the pain experienced by the patient. Put me on his “Naughty List” because infection at the incision site has occurred. The BOOT continues to cause irritation and inflammation that is unbearable. Use of antibiotics was delayed, my Insurance Agent had to go to Dr. Ripp’s office to have Dr. Ripp sign the Rx and have it sent to the Pharmacy.

He seemed eager to get my feet done, but one foot at a time though. I was finally able to get my feet fixed after several years later. I've had issues with my feet for several years unfortunately.
