Dr. Cho was raised in Irvine, California. She attended the University of California, Irvine, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. Following her studies there, she went on to complete her doctorate in podiatric medicine at Samuel Merritt University California School of Podiatric Medicine.
After completing medical school, she pursued her residency training in podiatric medicine through the Veteran Affairs New Mexico Healthcare System, Montefiore Medical Center, and Kaiser Permanente Medical Center.
