I arrived 15 minutes before my 10am appointment only to wait in the waiting room for 35 minutes AFTER the appointment time to then wait another 20 in the exam room to have the dr take literally no interest in my situation, wait another 15 mins to get an xray and another 10 to discuss to leave with a couple of flimsy recommendations. 5 mins of care for well over an hour investment of my time - barely worth driving there. Take at least a small interest in your patient and if you’re going to be that late suggest a reschedule before someone drives an hour to see you, total waste of time 👎

Wonderful doctor

Dr Koga gave me excellent care, he took time to explain my options , and left it to me to make the decision I was most comfortable with. We didn't need to jump to surgery although that was an option. Thank you Dr. Koga!

Rude staff. Hung up the phone and lied about me. They don’t monitor their staff and let them treat patients however they want.

The doctor took his time to explain my injury and how the surgery was going to go. Very nice man and very thorough. I look forward to him doing my surgery!!

Eric was awesome! Chose to go out of network just to visit this practice and I have no regrets. He spent extra time w me and looked at my X-rays multiple times to ensure all bases were covered.
