He was extremely caring and knowledgeable about many things! And seem to know right away my situation with my foot problem! They say your first impression is your last impression! Well he was great!!

I went to this podiatrist as a new patient. The doctor came in, didn’t introduce himself, was cold and has poor bedside manners. Made me wait for over an hour and never even apologized for the inconvenience. I had to call the front office twice and tell them that I had been waiting so long and no one came into check on me or to inquire what was taking too long or communicate anything to me. The nurse came in once, and that was just to pick up a machine to use in another area. The doctor told me more than once “your insurance won’t cover that”. And after waiting all that time, he didn’t even spend 5 minutes with me or address all my concerns. I had to ask specifically for different treatment options. He and his staff were short, discourteous and unprofessional.

Dr Carroll is great. Very professional but makes you comfortable and keeps you comfortable while treating you. I highly recommend him
