Did not help me at all It was a waste of time and money I came to find out why I get swollen feet and he took an X-ray and told me I don’t have any broken bones (no kidding)

Very good overall. The people at the front desk are professional and pleasant always. However, the one cutting my toe nails today was another story. I rarely complain about any medical personnel. In multiple decades with countless procedures (surgeries, tests, hospitalizations, and more), I've expressed dissatisfaction with a medical person only 2 times. The one who worked on me today is one of those. She was impatient, rude, and non-empathetic. I would not return if I were to have that person assigned to me again. I had forewarned her that as we age, our skin reacts to the slightest bump or hit. We bleed and bruise easily. That made no difference with her. I reacted to pain when the device hit the toe and was told to hold still. I said I can't when I feel pain. The response was, do you want me to stop? Only when I feel pain, I said.. I told her that I could see she was angry. Of course, she denied that in --what else--angry tones. Others say I'm sorry when I feel pain.

Dr. Kreps made a procedure that I normally dread and have had difficult experiences with before quick and easy. A huge relief. Thanks doc!

I had other questions but I forgot to mention them. My fault but the nurse said that if I wanted to wait to see the Doctor it would be awhile. I wish I could have spent more time but I understand that he was very back to back with other patients. Hopefully the next visit can be a little less rushed.

Saw me for 5 minutes for an ingrown toenail then tells me he needs to make a request to the insurance to remove it. Wasted money and time driving there to be told to come back. He was rushed, didn't ask any questions and felt like a factory doctor. Never going back to your clinic again

Very pleasant and explained why he didn’t think it was a good idea to surgically remove the callus; it would just grow back. He recommended foot oads

Nail fungus not treated by a regular pharmacy, which normally pays for most of the prescription? Special formulary? Not pleased.

I particularly like the assistant who cuts my nails and gently smoothed efficient and service is quick sherrie epstein

Explained options to help relieve my right foot plantar fasciitis and said if the pain got worse, which was unlikely with the solutions provided, to call back for an appointment to consider steroid injection.

One of your staff has been very disrespectful to me four times when I have been there. Everyone else is great. It is so distressing that I dread going back and am strongly considering finding a new podiatrist rather than deal with her again. I have never had an experience like this at any medical office in my life and have a pretty thick skin. I wish there was another choice as I like your office in general. Thanks for asking my opinion.

Dr Krept should not be face to face with customers since he does not demonstrate Any Customer service. He doesn’t seem to like to answer questions or discuss my questions or frustration of his staff. He seems like he wants to get out of the room ASAP. Bad attitude.
