Great Doctor, take plenty of time to make a plan and I didn’t feel rushed. Great Doctor all the way around!!!

She told me that I needed to change everything about my feet. Told me I had to go to physical therapy 3x a week, but didn't care that I had a job. I told her I could only do once a week and she said it wasn't enough. It is like she expects me to leave my job just to do physical therapy. She also told me that I needed to get rid of my $150 OR shoes and buy a different set of shoes that also cost the same, as if I have extra money to spend on shoes....

Clinic visit with Dr Kennedy was great. But I called the clinic twice with an urgent follow up question and the receptionist said she would pass the question to the Kennedy team. I also submitted a secure message on the portal asking the same question and still no response nearly a week later.

Dr.Kennedy takes time to answer your questions. She is so polite and patient with your care.

Nothing against her but I need the side of my foot fixed. I dont need my toe nails trimmed. I can do that. I dont need my feet scrubbed. I have barely any calluses n I can scrub my own feet. I cannot wear tennis shoes because of the senisitive bone sticking out that stays sore to the touch; but she wants me to order tennis shoes. I am on disability. I cannot afford new shoes. Then she tried selling me Callous lotion. I dont need Callous lotion n cannot afford stuff like that. Now I have to pay a $25 Co-pay for nothing done or accomplished. Sorry. I will find a Dr that's not going to sell me products n do what I want done. TY.

First of all my 1st appointment was cancelled two weeks ago and I was rescheduled today I got to see my doctor for the first time my appointment was for 1:25 did not get seen by the doctor till 2:15 l had my shoes and socks off and I would think she at least would have looked at my feet I explained that I needed inserts and shoes she said there was not enough time we need to make another appointment for that she spent maybe 10 minutes with me had the front desk schedule me for some referral I think take a little more time with the patient

I will refer my family and friends to this podiatrist friendly atmosphere very knowledgeable

She was very nice and comforting, but refused to do my procedure because I was really anxious about it. I had a panic attack before the appointment and after the fact she told me that she did not want to proceed with the procedure at that time because of the possibility of me fainting, saying that if I faint they would call 911. I feel that doctors should be prepared to deal with nervous patients and the possibility of fainting, as this is a relatively common occurrence in medicine. I also had to travel to go and just to not have my procedure done.

She kept talking to me even though I kept saying I couldn't hear her. She did a lousy job of clipping my nails and argued with me when I said they weren't done right. She is not a people person, has no empathy for patients, comes across as being very phony.
