Dr Howard has a great bedside manner. He immediately put me at ease and took care of my two toe nails immediately. My problem was minor, but c a concern for me for a previous podiatrist trmt by a different Dr last year. I will defiantly return to see Dr Howard if any foot/toe issues occur in the future.

Dr. Howard is awesome. He’s helped me with various foot ailments, and recently has been helping me dial in a pair of orthotics. His attention to detail and kind demeanor make my visits a pleasure, not a chore.

Dr. Howard changed my life. After years of suffering high pain levels in my left ankle and several visits to my doctors and Kaiser, they kept prescribing me daily Advil, which I naively took for about four years. Then, when the pain became unbearable, I asked for more in-depth studies, and after one X-ray, I was told that my ankle had no cartilage left and that the only solution was to do a fusion of the ankle. I was 40 at the time. I decided to leave Kaiser and seek other experts in the Bay Area. Standford prescribed gabapentin after finding that my tendons were very irritated and told me that the only option was ankle reconstruction or fusion. El Camino Hospital agreed that ankle reconstruction was the only option, but I needed to wait at least ten years to have the surgery as the procedure did not last more than a decade. I kept taking gabapentin, and my mental and physical health started deteriorating as I could barely sleep from the pain. Then, one of my Physical Therapists

Dr. Howard was thorough in explaining precisely my issue, innovative in his approach for healing, carefully informing me on why that approach would be effective and guided me on how to make myself as comfortable as possible during the healing process. Dr. Howard took the time I needed to answer my many questions and he did so with patience and kindness. He was the opposite of the treatment I had received from another specialist in that field for the same problem…how fortunate I am to have him as my doctor!

Dr Howard is always great! He’s very open and articulates his findings in plain English and makes sure you understand any treatment plans. My entire family sees Dr Howard and I would recommend him to everybody!
