Andrea was very patient, compassionate and thorough in responding to my list of questions. She also took the time to ensure that I completely understood her response. If I was allowed to give Andrea bonus points beyond the 5 stars, I would because she deserves it!!!

She was not very helpful with me moving forward. She had a nonchalant attitude about everything. I felt it was bc I was black and a senior. I was very disappointed in this visit.
