Waited 1 1/2 hrs past appt time. Never saw Dr. Kann. Saw competent PA. Office procedures hard on patient. Should have had a clue when it took 30 min to make appt. And when I got to office my simple surname was misspelled. Hope billing is not impacted. Also too many texts asking if you are still coming including one hour before appt. Why was my photo taken when I had driver's license I'd ? Never had that in Doctor's office before. Reviews for Dr. Kann excellent which is why I made appt. I'll never know since I didn't see him after 1 1/2 hr wait.

Dr. Kann is an excellent doctor and surgeon. Ten years ago he did my carpal tunnel surgery with the endoscopic mini-incision technique and I had relief from pain within hours and only minor swelling and tenderness for a few days. I’m an avid golfer and I was able play golf a week later which is amazing! Eight years later, at the age of 70, I started having basal joint arthritis in my left thumb and he treated me with an injection giving me relief within a day and I have been pain free for two years. So now today, I return to Dr. Kann for injections on both thumbs which I believe the soreness and pain was brought on by my recent project. I have been reupholstering 8 dining room chairs seats and backs for my daughter. Once again, Dr. Kann has worked his magic, and I am pain free within hours and hoping this will last another two years. I have highly recommended Dr. Kann to a lot of my golf friends and family.

I went to Dr Kann for a second opinion when my previous doctor informed me that I would need a 3rd surgery to fix what started out as a simple Duputryne's Contracture, but which after 2 surgeries left my hand mangled and in pain 24/7 . Dr Kann gave me a straight forward, honest evaluation of the condition of my hand and referred me to the appropriate RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGEON to fix the damage caused by my previous doctor.

Had me diagnosed before he even saw me assuming what was wrong (he may be right, but still). Sent me for physical therapy that rarely (in my experience) fixes anything. My elbow hurts terribly and I’ve pretty much been told to take an anti inflammatory and stretch my hand backwards.

Patients were triple booked and I had over an hour wait!! Very disappointed that waiting room was full ; no masks required, not even by Dr. Or Pa.;no distancing in office. They waited to call for my X-ray 2 days before. Dr. Kann is personable and thorough.

Dr. Steven Kann deserves a 10 rating if possible. From my 50 years of seeing many physicians, Dr. Steven Kann truly exemplifies what needs to be known in order to formulate the correct diagnosis and treatment plan. He has amazing interpersonal skills with his patients and allows the necessary time to speak to them, not at time. This is a huge difference between the in and out physicians with a predetermined diagnosis before they enter the exam room, speak a word and moreover, lack eye contact!

I called for an apt. for injections only. I had several previously over the years. I was told that since had been over a year since the last injections that dr. Kann wanted to see me and to make an appointment for a regular visit. I waited 65 m minutes in the waiting room and when I was finally called back I was given the injections by a PA and never saw Dr. Kann. This ism totally unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for his patients. I will never come back.

My only complaint was the long wait. My appointment was 10:30 and he didn't come into the room until 11:35.

He’s been the best I had my first carpal tunnel surgery on a Friday went back to work the next Monday I’m a honda tech My hands get worked.. for the first month not bad but not all the way normal after month 3 perfect It now does not sleep at night made me realize my left hand needs done it’s not normal. His process and procedure is GREAT !!!

My wife did not have a schedule appointment. Being she was in the car waiting for me, I told Dr. Kahn about her thumbs being sore and painful, he told me I could tell her to come in to get checked out and get a shot if needed. I feel that was above and beyond letting her get treated immediately and want to thank him very much.

Listened to my concerns, promptly ordered some in office testing, reviewed results immediately. Clearly explained a treatment plan, assured me my condition is treatable and that recovery would take time; however, was confident it was attainable without surgery.
