Dr. Pagnotto replaced my left knee 2 years ago. Received a steroid shot today in my right knee, which will be replaced by Dr. Pagnotto in the Spring of 2024. Couldn’t be more pleased with his surgical expertise and his patient interaction.

I didn't actually see Dr. Pagnotto at this visit. And I haven't seen him since the first follow up after surgery, so I actually can't give him a rating. Nor can I give the PA thst I did see a rating here either. This rating seemed fair for that reason

Love him as a doctor and completely trust him in the operating room. The wait times in the office are excessive and the fact that he doesn’t want to see you after surgery and just let his physicians assistants handle the examinations is not ok with me.

Unfortunately, it was the shortest visit with an orthopaedic doctor that I ever experienced. He provided the diagnosis and said what was going to be done and was out the door. He didn't explain the diagnosis. I asked the PA who completed a procedure. A little bedside manner with diagnosis and treatment explanation would have been appreciated for any patient in pain.

I got a left knee replacement on 5-25-22 and my new knee is very solid ! I have no pain when I walk. I am able to walk again for exercise and will soon start golfing again. Dr. Pagnotto did a terrific job on my knee replacement. I would say he is a “Roberto Clemente” of Orthopaedic surgeons ! I am very thankful for him and would highly recommend him to others for joint replacement !

i suggest he is the finest orthopedic surgeon using the mako stryker knee / hip replacement!!! he also has a kind and engaging bedside manner. his staff, especially his PAs that support him are exceptional. His relationship with North Hills Passavant makes for exceptional hospital care.

I didn’t see Dr. Pagnotto today, but his P/A, Joanna (?), who gave me my first Euflexa shot in my left knee in this round of shots. I have been getting Euflexa shots, with the approval of Dr. Jewell, in both knees for about eight years. They are still working extremely well for me. Your P/A today was one of the best administrators of Euflexa that I have ever had!!! I requested her because I think I recognized the name, on the other clipboard, of someone I think I’ve had in the past (maybe 3 years ago) who caused bruising after my first round of Euflexa shots in my right knee, at that time—-& did not accept my pointing out the bruising the following week, gracefully. I never complained to anyone but her. Your P/A today was the best ever, & I hope I can continue my left knee shots with her! Sincerely, Jill Krall

Thirty minutes into the appointment, Dr P appeared for five minutes. Most of that time was spent looking at x-rays and speaking in a patronizing manner. It is difficult to see excellence in someone who appears to have one foot out the door from the start. He offered an order for PT, but walked out without having giving me anything.

I've been to Dr. Pagnotto over the years and have no issues with him. During yesterday's visit, I only saw him for about a total of 5 minutes. His staff were very helpful and I especially commend his PA (I think his name is Chris) was very caring and in fact, helped me navigate the exit so I wasn't around anyone when checking out.

I was taken into the office promptly after my appointment time and got my x-rays and consultation with the doctor and was back out within a reasonable time
