I’ve only had Dr. Langhans once. I’ve had Ryan the other five times. Ryan is a highly qualified professional that explains things in a manner that you can understand. He is also very slick with a needle. But, I’m not happy with the wait, temperature of the waiting room and the filthy sink in that room(no. 7 I think). I arrived at 8:15 for an 8:30 appointment. I filled out a few paperwork items and was taken to a waiting room. I was greeted 55 minutes later. More awareness needs to be given to your patients time!! As mentioned, the room was very hot and the sink in there is absolutely unfit for a medical facility. It is full of rust and corrosion and God only knows what else. Very happy with the doctor but nothing else.

Knowledgable, friendly..and there to help you feel better. So rare in some doctors Im meeting lately. He deserves 5 stars and more!

Dr Langhans was excellent! I had an Achilles tendon rupture and he was able to do my surgery as an add on just three days after the injury. He took his time to explain things to me and truly provided the best care possible. I am so thankful for Dr Langhans and the staff at Tri State Orthopedics!

This rating is for the physician’s assistant who I met with—not Dr. Langhans. The PA was somewhat difficult to communicate with (a little impatient, and he often interrupted me as I was describing the history and symptoms of my injury), and even the physical evaluation felt quite rushed. He seemed to be particularly frustrated when I asked him to re-explain the stretches that he asked me to perform at home before beginning PT. I was more than happy to see a PA rather than the physician, however, I do wish that I had a more thorough (and less rushed) appointment.
