I left w/o any paperwork about what we discussed, I had to call back to arrange for PT. I feel as if this should have been done while I was there. I was told that I was done and could leave. I waited at home for about 8 hours waiting to hear from the PT to make an appointment but no one called!
While nice enough, Dr. Kann seemed in a rush, probably because he had multiple patients as the same time as my appointment. While I connected with him as a fellow runners who also has hallux rigidus, I felt like he just expected me to accept what he said so he could keep moving along with his day. I got some quick questions in, but I felt more engaged with the person who came in after to measure me for an insert.
I’ve been dealing with Dr. Jeff for over 25 years. He’s the best.
Dr. Kann took the time to explain what was going on in the X-rays and with the follow up treatment. Once the procedure was over, then made sure of what I needed to do over the next few days.
I have been there a number of times over the last nine months for the same problem (tendinitis) which has yet to be resolved. I’m not implying that Dr. Kann is not doing everything possible, but I don’t think I have had any appointments that lasted more than five minutes.
Was a very good doctor. Helped me with my knee issue
Awesome Surgeon! Very pleasant.
Very professional but engaging.
i’m very grateful that I am a patient of Dr. KANN. It puts me at ease while waiting in the room for him to come because I know that my pain is about to end.
Quick efficient and confident.
