Dr Werries is a very competent and intelligent doctor whom I have seen several times over the years. He explains his diagnosis carefully and explains the treatment options carefully.

He was very nice during visit

Dr. Werries is nice and answered all my questions and also listened to my wants and needs. I saw him 2 yrs. Ago for same issue (sciatic nerve pain) and he was great then, so came to him again.

He is low key, straight forward and a good Doctor. I have no complaints!

As usual I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr Werries. He has been wonderful with explaining all I needed to know in regards to my condition and my surgery and follow up care. This orthopedic group is the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Werries has treated me in the past that’s why I’m back for care.

I was referred to Dr. Werries by Dr. Pagnotto for an injection. x-rays and a recent MRI were available. Instead of receiving the injection from Dr. Werries, he referred me to yet another physician,. Dr. Provenzano. When I called Dr. Proenzano’s office with my prescreption/referral from Dr. Werries to schedule the injection, I was told I would need a consult appointment first followed with a delay of up to two weeks for an appointment for the injection. I now have two doctors Pagnotto and Werries recommending an injection only to be referred to a third doctor. This is hardly expediting resolution of my medical complaint.

He was helpful from the start of issues to seeing me being released. He took his time and explained and showed compassion for my issue.

Had a chronic back pain but doctor showed no interest nor empathy. Gave what sounded like a rehearsed explanation and wanted to get it over with within 5 minutes after I had waited for 30 minutes. Showed no interest in wanting me to get better and didn’t explain anything until I asked. Only said muscular and the whole reason why I came in is because I don’t want to be taking over the counter meds but he didn’t care to ask why I decided to get help in the first place.

I have a pretty complicated medical history & I have been suffering with quite painful ortho issue/s in left side back, butt, hip, leg. PT did not help after 16 sessions & insurance will no longer extend. Dr. Werries have some hope to at least help with constant pain — steroid injections & then possible surgery I believe for arthritis & possible pinched nerve. I’m only 64 & since this problem began almost 2 yrs ago. I can only get out I a wheelchair. Praying that my belief that there are reasons for everything in God’s plan & that He gives special knowledge to medical teams to help as best tge can…there will be answers. ☺️

Office visits produced no results after 3 months. No sense of urgency for helping patient to get help with pain.

DR. Werries is not forthcoming with pertinent info. He just asks if I have questions. Pre-op testing revealed a UTI, which neither his office nor my PCP want to deal with. Unacceptable! I always feel rushed in that office.

Felt like a “next in line” patient.

Felt like he came in with script and a stopwatch. No actual solution or even an ounce of concern for the problems I brought up. When I brought up new numbness his response was “hmmm, yeah” and then continued on with his agenda.

Very minimal wait time. Doctor very friendly and immediately put me at ease. Answered all questions and offered informative information regarding medications and stressed importance if receiving physical therapy of following therapist’s instructions and completing exercises at home when instructed to do so.

Surgery was successful. Physician was more than competent but impersonal and always seemed in a hurry. Several experiences with Tri-State personnel give the feeling of an assembly line, however we are grateful for this man's experience and competence.

He takes his time and answers your questions. I refer friends to him also.

I appreciate his professionalism. I have an issue with the scripts; I thought he told me he was ordering 2 different scripts for me, but when I went to Costco, they only had orders for one.

Dr. Gerard Werries has always been there when I needed him. He has always been up front with me and has always presented me with treatment options. Never pressured me to make a snap decision on my Orthopedic care and has alway explained the process without feeling rushed. He has always presented himself in a professional manner taking the time for my needs. I have always felt like an accutial patient where at other previous Doctors I have felt more like a number and just another routine task. I have been Overly Pleased with the care Dr. Werries has provided me over the years and Have Highly recommended to others and will continue to do so!

It was only my first visit, but the PA, X-ray tech, front office staff, and Dr. Werries were friendly, efficient, and overall spent a sufficient amount of time with me to address my needs.

Great surgeon with a great bedside manner

My husband and I both had an appointment and we were put in the room together which that part was fine but the nurse, physician assistant, and doctor treated us as one. Got our records, symptoms and treatment mixed up, didn't get our question answered individually and treated as the same person and gave us the same results even when we have different problems. We have had better service at previous appointments

I felt he listened to me and what my issues were. He gave options for treatments so we could decide on what the best route was for me.

Dr Werries was very knowledgeable and is very direct. Felt like I was in great hands.

He took time to explain my X-ray results and possible plans of treatments available. He ordered an MRI for more information needed to best treat my lumbar pain. Very kind.
