Dr jewelleries is excellent. Unfortunate. His staff at registration and aftercare staff at front desk was more than abrupt. Short on patience to complete tasks such as scheduling future appointments, getting a receipt, answering brief questions related to closing out appointment. Their conduct was on display with the public side of reception room. It was belittling, rude and unprofessional. I certainly expected the same professionalism at reception, as our wonderful physician has always treated us with. Hopefully it's a isolated incident. It was unacceptable.

I never saw the doctor. It took 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment to get into a room. X-ray tech and PA were very efficient, helpful and personable. It would have meant another 30-45 minute wait to see the doctor, which wasn’t necessary since all I needed was to get Euflexxa ordered and the PA managed that and my questions.

Best doctor out there. So compassionate and such a wonderful bedside manner. Two weeks into post op, my leg is now fully extended vs 20% contracture pre-op. Knee replacement is a difficult surgery to undergo however, Dr Jewell has made the procedure and recovery so much easier than I expected.

We spent time in their office longer than expected, but we greatly appreciated the fact it saved us from making another trip down just for paperwork!

My husband had Dr Jewell replace his knee in 2014. He has had no issues with that knee since so therefore I decided to see Dr Jewell for my knee issues (both). He was caring and compassionate and quick to determine the problem with each knee. His immediate concern was to address my pain, and therefore, administered cortisone injections to both knees. The following day I was already feeling relief. At Dr Jewel’s recommendation I will be scheduling knee replacement surgery in 6-12 months and he will be performing my surgery!

Dr. Jewell reviewed my x-rays, took my history, did a physical exam, made a logical diagnosis, and presented 3 options for next steps. Very efficient and helpful.

I recently had my left knee replaced with the mako robotic assisted knee surgery. My knee was severely deformed from arthritis, so I didn’t think that my knee would ever be pain free and straight. After surgery, not only is it pain free, but it’s perfectly straight, and looks good! I couldn’t be happier. Dr Jewell is an awesome surgeon, with a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an orthopedic surgeon.

I was late for my appointment. I apologized. Your Patient Receptionist was abrupt with me. She seemed uncaring and made me feel unwelcome. She even said she needed to check if I could even be seen after a 30 minute drive to an office the location I was unfamiliar with. I had my previsit papers mostly filled out. She would not take or even review them. It turned out that I had already completed the papers she gave me, except one which needed completion. I had decided after she finally took my papers that I would see the doctor and never return to the Seven Fields office again.
