Zachary Merlo was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and concerns to entirety. He showed concern and offered options that my daily orthopedic Dr had not. As a first time patient at OIP, I highly recommend their services whether for routine care or the occasional walk in when needed. To get the care I needed in an immediate manner not only eliminated my intense pain but actually saved me from probably losing my job by not having to wait weeks for an appointment.
