Very clear conversation regarding my test results. I feel like I understood all the information and left with a clear vision for future expectations and follow through. My only concern is that it is nearly impossible to speak to a human. Sometimes my needs didn’t fit the AI algorithm/narative and it is very frustrating. It is impossible to rate the extended and clinical staff because I haven’t been able to interact with them. Only AI.
