Very professional and friendly
Wendy was very competent and thorough, and I really appreciated it when she didn't rush my time with her or have me reschedule my pre-op visit when I was unavoidably (and certainly unintentionally!) late. She answered all my questions and I felt much less anxious when I left her office than I did when I walked in!
