All I have is personal info. I had a appointment in December. It was too soon for another injection. So, I was told that next time I would come that I wouldn't have a co-pay. But I had to pay my whole co-pay for my new insurance.($100) I half expected to pay $60.00.
Wendy was very personable, very clear in her explanations and answered my questions. I would highly recommend this office. They worked me into their schedule for the day as an add on.
