The PA demonstrated excellent bedside manner by listening attentively, explaining things clearly, and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. What stood out to me most was the Victoria's willingness to take the time to listen rather than make me feel rushed or dismissed. Their communication was patient-centered, compassionate, and reassuring. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown throughout my care. Healthcare experiences can sometimes leave patients feeling unheard or overlooked, so I believe it is equally important to acknowledge when a provider goes above and beyond. I am grateful for the care, attention, and compassion I received during my visit.

Victoria is amazing she cares about my individual needs and she goes above and beyond to make sure she misses nothing concerning the health of my ears. I so much appreciate Victoria. It’s always a pleasant experience to see her.
